📐 Artwork & Quality Standards

To ensure your Custom UV-DTF Gang Sheet prints perfectly, please adhere to the following:

• Resolution: 300 DPI is required. We print exactly what you upload; low-resolution files will result in "fuzzy" or pixelated edges.

• Backgrounds: Files must have a transparent background.

• Line Thickness Warning: Ensure all text and design elements are at least 2pt (0.03") thick. Elements thinner than this may fail to release from the carrier sheet or peel off the substrate after application.

• Color Profile: CMYK is preferred.

🛠️ How to Order & Apply

1. Select Your Size: Choose your desired length (Width is fixed at 11").

2. Launch Builder: Click the "Build Your Gang Sheet" button to upload and arrange your art.

3. Prepare Surface: Ensure your substrate is clean and free of oils/fingerprints (wipe with alcohol for best results).

4. Apply: Squeegee the transfer firmly onto the surface before peeling the clear top film slowly.
